FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
From the moment you contact me to book wedding photography, I'm here to help you make sure your day goes flawlessly. From asking for advice on how the day of schedule goes, to helping you hold your dress while we walk around, I'm there for you. Depending which package you book, will depend how much I can capture during the day. But I always strive to document the details of the wedding, including a mixture of formal posed photos and all those fun lifestyle candid shots.
When you look back on your wedding photos, I want you to be able to go back in time and feel all those emotions you felt during the day. A wedding is easily one of the biggest days and investments a couple will have; it's my job to document it as such.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in central Pennsylvania, but I travel anywhere. Travel fees will vary based on how far you are from me, so if you're looking for a package with me and you're not local, send me a message and we can create a unique package made for you and your needs.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your wedding photos within a maximum of 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story) or within 2 weeks for portrait sessions. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many wedding pictures will we receive?
I generally aim to return 100 photos per shooting hour. This will vary based on how large your bridal party and family is and how many activities you plan for the day. I strive to capture all the moments, both big and small, in an authentic and accurate way.
Portrait sessions vary based on the package you book.
Do you allow dogs at portrait sessions?
Absolutely! I LOVE dogs and I'll never say no to them being there. The only exception is if the location we're shooting at does not permit dogs.
What equipment do you use?
I have two Nikon D810 cameras, a Canon Mark IV, a DJI Mini Pro 4 drone, and a slew of lenses to document the day. I have a mixture of on and off camera flash that I use as needed. I have a portable studio set up along with an assortment of props.
